Cast iron bridge plug, mainly made of cast iron material, has high strength and certain corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the process of oilfield exploration and development, especially in the construction of oil and water wells for layered fracturing, layered acidising and layered oil testing, it is used to seal the lower well section to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the operation.

Â
1. High strength:The cast iron material has high strength and can withstand the high pressure and high temperature environment of the underground.
2. Good sealing performance: The sealant cylinder is made of high quality material with excellent sealing performance to ensure the blocking effect.
3. Compact structure: cast iron bridge plug has compact design and small outer diameter, which is easy to be sent into the well through the oil pipe.
4. Simple operation: the seating and unsealing operation of the bridge plug is relatively simple, which improves the operation efficiency.
5. Reusable: Some cast iron bridge plugs are designed with a recycling mechanism, which can be recycled and reused after completing the plugging task, thus reducing the operation cost.
Can be set directly with wireline setting tools or hydraulic setting tools.
6.Easy for mill out.
7.Ratchet lock ring maintains setting load for safe setting under pressure changes.
8.Integral rubber and smooth metal ring form a reliable sealing system.
9.Can withstand higher pressure, up to 70MPa (10,000psi) differential pressure for sizes 7" and below.
10.The recommended temperature for conventional glum cover is within 148℃ (300°F),
and rubbers up to 204C (400°F) are available.
